Even though, I thought I had better common sense, I was talked into going out on the busiest shopping day of the year. In a first, I was taken to the last remaining bastion of purely, unadulterated capitalism, Wal-Mart.
Dwight thought it would be fun to see me have a panic attack, apparently. The people were shoulder to shoulder as they moved forward at a snail's crawl. People were everywhere, but mostly they were in my way as I clawed my way past them.
In a strange sense, it was kind of fun to see what lengths people will go to save a buck. In the parking lot, Dwight taught me how to do the Soulja Boy dance. Who knew all the things you can learn on a day of shopping at Wal-Mart?
