With all of the state's precincts now closed, and over 33% of them having reported their results, Democratic challenger, Steve Beshear, has over 62% of the vote.
This is coming primarily out of eastern and central Kentucky, since the western part of the state, located in Central Standard Time, has only recently closed. Of course, this part of the state is heavily Democratic.
Governor Fletcher may wait until fifty-percent of the vote is reported before he gives his concession speech.
