Unlike the Statue of Liberty, David Copperfield may have a hard time making a sexual assault allegation against him disappear.
A Seattle woman claims that she was sexually assaulted by the world-renowned illusionist. His lawyers described him as "an impeccable gentleman." Of course, we all know if you lawyers say it, then it probably isn't true.
Copperfield, whose real name is David Seth Kotkin, denies that the situation is possible. Inasmuch, the FBI executed a search warrant on a Las Vegas warehouse, where Copperfield stores items that he uses to perform in Las Vegas. Agents also searched the Hollywood Theater at the MGM Grand Hotel, where Copperfield often performs.
Items seized include: computer hard drive, memory storage device for a digital camera, and a safe containing $2 million in cash. I think it is a bit odd that someone would leave that much cash locked up inside a warehouse.
Perhaps, it was some disappearing money, but that is doubtful for a man who makes over $57 million per year. Unless, it was the kind of money that causes other people to disappear.

All of his performances have disappeared, as a result!
