"Mr. Putin, tear this Kremlin down!"
This could be heard today, causing Ronald Reagan to rotate 180-degrees in his grave, as Condi Rice gave a stern warning to Russian president Vladimir Putin.
Secretary Rice's criticism comes at a time when the once cozy relationship between Washington and Moscow has become quite cold and distant. Rice is concerned about a new Russia, which has one part of its government usurping the authority of the other branches of government.
Hmmm...can we say hypocrite?
This is definitely a bit of the proverbial kettle calling the pot black.
