Is Obama pissing his pants yet?

The media is a sick group of people. They blame Hillary and Bill Clinton for most of this feud that has erupted between them and Barack Obama. After all, he is the poor, defenseless "victim" in all of this, right? He's the one who came to this campaign to transform politics, but he has become transformed by politics, it would seem. He whines incessantly when someone has something negative to say about his ideas and his inconsistent statements. The media must love a hurt puppy on the side of the road.

Every day he reminds me more of George W. Bush. He simply wants to be surrounded by people who will see it his way and play by his rules...no exceptions! He wants other people to run the government while he kicks back and lives it up. He already said he would come up with "ideas" and let others run the bureaucracy. Doesn't that sound a lot like what Dick Cheney has been doing for George W. Bush for seven years?

A show on MSNBC made Hillary Clinton to be the evil one in this battle. She is the evil lawyer (what is Barack Obama? Mother Teresa with a Harvard law degree?) who is bent on slugging out this campaign by dragging Obama's seemingly good name through the mud. Let's face some facts here. Hillary was practicing law when Obama was trying to figure out if Oxy or Clearasil cleared up his acne outbreaks best.

James Carville pointed out that if Barack Obama cannot meet the standards of a presidential campaign, with some gumption, how will he ever meet the task of being president? His point was that people quarrel and cause no end of problems, both domestically and internationally. I have said it before, but will Obama call for a time-out or for someone else to come to his aid to fight off future bullies? Instead of whining, why not defend yourself with some dignity? Instead of saying, "They're ganging up on me." Or providing facts to show how they are distorting your record, instead of simply saying, "They're distorting my record." You can't simply leave an unproven statement out there and expect people to buy it face-value.

I will not!

Let's get real. Politics is brutal and dog-eat-dog. You've got to take off your bib and step into the ring with your boxing gloves on ready to face your opponent!
