Vice President Dick Cheney will undergo a procedure at George Washington University Hospital, this weekend, to have the batteries in his implanted defibrillator replaced.
During a routine physical exam, it was discovered that the device's batteries needed to be replaced.
Perhaps, while they are working on his battery replacement, they can also look for the cause of his Heartless Bastard Syndrome (HBS).
(Symptoms of HBS include the inability to empathize with normal human emotions. It may impact your ability to maintain meaningful relationships with those closest to you. In some cases, HBS was shown to increase a person's hostility. In all cases, it caused a grim outlook on life.)
