After the Bush-styled war czar, Lt. General Douglas Lute, testified that the draft might be a viable alternative to the strains felt by the current all-volunteer armed forces, in Iraq and Afghanistan, the Bush administration has leaked that it has always had that option on the table.
Senator Clinton has called on President Bush to clarify his position on the military draft.
