The Irony of Trivia

Two founding fathers, John Adams and Thomas Jefferson, both having a hand in the Declaration of Independence (Jefferson being its author), would live exactly fifty years from July 4, 1776.

I find it ironic that both these men, who were both presidents (Adams second and Jefferson third), would die on the same day, one in Massachusetts and the other in Virginia, on the fiftieth anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, which was July 4, 1826.

But it does make for some interesting trivia!
