A new tropical storm has formed in the Gulf of Mexico today.
Tropical storm Humberto had winds of up to 45 miles an hour, which is is about 39 miles an hour shy of becoming a hurricane.
The most forecasters see arising out of this tropical disturbance is lots of rain for the areas surrounding the Gulf of Mexico.
