Today, Tropical Storm Gabrielle is set to make land fall along the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
With winds around 50-mph, the storm is set to dump up to three inches of rain along the Atlantic seaboard, from North Carolina through Virginia.
With all of our drought, perhaps the storm will make its way across the Appalachian Mountains and bring some much needed rain to the Ohio River Valley.
