Today, a panel of "experts" found the leadership of the United States House of Representatives was not liable in their refusal to stop former Republican Representative Mark Foley (FL) from inappropriate conduct with congressional pages.
It's not surprising the panel found this conclusion. Perhaps, the investigation should have been postponed until someone besides the wolves have control over Congress.
