Alcoholism! What a great excuse for diverting scandal! It would seem the six-time congressman, Mark Foley (R-FL), has checked into a rehab clinic for the treatment of alcoholism. I wonder if this is a clue as to his behavior? Or is it merely a tactic by some shrewd political spin doctor to divert our attention from the real cause of his fall-from-grace?
